I'd just like to add that as an alternative to #2 Primo PDF, you can use Item 1 - Open Office to directly export PDF files out of the word processor. The PDFs are flawless and you can even bookmark your table of contents to the corresponding pages as well. The "export directly to PDF" button is also located on the toolbar.
