        When we do not know the answer. If we are asking ourself some question..how we can find a solution for same.

My question may be wrong or i have not framed my question properly. I just wanted to know physcologically ..how it help us.

Those are 5 challenging yet compassionate coaching questions! 

Challenging - because the coach is holding the mirror of awareness up to the client and implicitly saying: &quot;Look here, what do you see?&quot; 

Compassionate - because the coach &quot;sees&quot; the greater potential in the client despite their &quot;failures&quot; and excuses. The very best coaches I know help hold that vision of what&#039;s possible, but leave the responsibility for owning it squarely with the client.
No responsibility = No action; in my personal experience, as well as with a few of my coaching clients!

On a personal level, the more I look, the more I see everyday life is asking these questions of me all the time. I can choose to ignore or dumb them down with distractions or pseudo-excuses...but they await my discovery anyway!

I found another one recently in a beautiful little book called &quot;Awareness&quot; by the late Anthony De Mello.

And it was this:
