Good tips Terry on the important area of upselling and cross-selling.

However I was upset with a couple of my suppliers over Christmas so coming some time soon on The Business Coaching Blog will be an article about the dangers of putting profit before customer trust.

The best advice I have seen in this area is Jay Abraham's strategy of preeminence which I have blogged about already and seem to use as a regular reference article.
