I think the step two is the way to go, if your wish to increase your profit by a significant amount. This is particularly true as we all end up engaging in activities which is not the core of our business and at time end up being expert and spending a lot of time on non core stuff. that we loose focus of what are our priorities.

I certainly agree that clients usually want to save their money by hiring writers (for example) at cheap rates. In this way, they can save their start up costs, but result to low quality articles that can be not appealing to site visitors/readers.
