Danijel: I’m not sure what you’re asking. I’m sure there could be copyright issues if you copy someone else’s landing page or Adwords ad exactly.

I believe number 3 is the most important part of a successful Adwords campaign.
Also you didn’t mention the ad copy testing which is also important
