Outsourcing has been a key resource for me. I found an outstanding internet partner who does most of my webdevelopment and often has many great ideas I have never thought about before. He has saved me countless hours trying to figure out how websites really work; I don't really care to know. I am the realationship builer, content creator etc. I want to spend time where my talents are. They are not in graphic design. I still need to work on leveraging more of my time and outsourcing.
