Some hype is just down-right insulting to the customer. I recently heard an ad for a mortgage company that stated “…. and we will quote you a rate regardless of your credit history.” Of course they will QUOTE a rate. You just won’t receive that rate. I have found in my 37 years of business that honesty and integrity are the ingrediants that lead to long term business relationships.
