I Need Your Help
I need your help. One of my goals with this blog is to provide the information you need and want to help you improve your business.
To do this, I need your input. What types of posts do you most enjoy reading? What do you want more information on?
How can I make sure my blog is giving you the best information to help you?
I’ve put together a simple four question survey that will only take you a couple of minutes to complete. Sometimes I give special gifts for completing a survey, but in this case I’m not going to as I don’t want you to fill it out because of a bribe I offer.
I want you to fill in the survey because you’re a regular reader of this blog. As a regular reader, you care about the information that’s published here. This is your opportunity to let me know how I can best serve your needs.

THANK YOU!

Got something to say?

Terry, you are asking us how you can improve your blog. Well, for one thing you can explain how to build a mail list with tens of thousands of opted-in names. After all is said and done, that’s what it all comes down to. If you don’t have that list, you ain’t got NOTHING. And that’s one thing that nobody explains in any detail because perhaps they are a bit embarrassed to admit that they have PURCHASED most of their own mailing list. Well at least tell us which LIST BROKERS are dependable, how much we should expect to pay for how many names, what points we should be careful about etc. If you really want your readers to start their own info product business (which I assume you are) then please help us build our lists as quickly as possible, even if it means purchasing it from a reliable broker. And I suspect nobody builds an opt-in mail list of ten or a hundred thousand names by just giving away free downloads, etc. Frankly, I’m sick and tired of reading list-building advice that doesn’t work in real life. I think it’s time to be brutally honest about this very important issue and I believe that’s exactly why a lot of folks are giving up on info product marketing after spending all that precious time in developing products. What good is a product if you don’t have a “captive audience” to sell it to? Your help is appreciated as always.
Jason:
Very true that you must build that list. Good suggestion on creating several posts on building lists including co-registrations (paying per subscriber for opt-in names). Although you are incorrect in saying nobody builds lists of tens of thousands without coregs. It is done all the time through several other strategies. There are quite a few people that used a squeeze page (free giveaway) combined with PPC to build a very large list for example. Plus many JV strategies…
But still a very good suggestion for some future issues (www.myemailmastery.com covers this in depth as well).
I personally would like to see more pin-point info about article writing. I see a few articles here about it but I would like to see some fresh new content about it.

I am totally on board with Jason. I know just enough about list building and email campaigns to be dangerous!
A step-by-step plan, using co-reg leads would be FABULOUS.
Thank you for all of the great content and valuable information here.
