Thank you all for your comments...

Dave: I found the movie to have a very happy ending because as you mentioned he eventually formed his own company out of it. And although I'm an entrepreneur through and through, it doesn't mean everybody else is. Some people prefer having a job.

In fact I know several people right now who make more than enough passive income from their business, but they still keep their job because they enjoy it. My wife is even going to nursing skill with a plan to get a "job."

As one of your interns in the first group, I have learned a ton of great marketing information. Just a couple of the lessons are going to save me years of trial and error when I release my future products.
Thanks Terry!

I too enjoyed that movie, Terry. I also am a big believer in the Intern concept.

However I am surprised that a marketer of your standing seemingly beleieves in the concept that the movie had a happy ending. Given the choice between working for the benift of others, versus selling a reputable line of medical equipment to the whole spectrum of medical users I felt the whole way through that, although I was happy for Will's character getting out of the extremely hard place he was in, that overall he was forced to 'sell out' and take less than he deserved.

Of course, in the real world, the fellow who the story was written about, soon grew dissatisfied with the J*O*B world and formed his own successful investment company, I guess proving, in the long run, you can't keep a real entrepreneur down ... no matter how appealing a 'glitzy' work for wages opportunity may look.
