What’s worse is when things get comfortable. E.g., back when I wrote copy for clients, some would become quite content if the copy I wrote converted so well, they were making a nice profit on a single product.

I would have done them a bigger favour, having wrote poorer copy, so they’d have been forced to create a backend.
