Once I get my personal blog up, I m using it mainly for business talk and will use the do follow as to get more traffic and activity to it, so good stuff. I also will use different anchor texts and urls, and if a blog is a high authority, PR blog, do not care if its no followed, for I still get traffic, helps with yahoo and msn and even for longer tail kws, ive seen some help in there, i know there is some debate if these links count, they do count, but are they passing page rank juice...not sure but getting a link on an authority blog, even no followed, still helps just on a traffic standpoint.
